A wonderful weekend visiting Townsville and Mission Beach in tropical North Queensland, for a friends 50th birthday celebration. It has been over 30 years since my last visit to Townsville. So much is still so familiar. We had a speedy trip through memory lane spending the morning in Townsville and then driving to Mission Beach for the overnight birthday celebrations.
